Don't forget, Winchester's Going Green has a FREE workshop coming up on Thursday January 22nd at 6:30pm at the Jim Barnett Park War Memorial Building. This one is 101-3, talking about energy efficiency (but you can go to them in any order you wish!) they're open to anyone, not just city residents, so come out and learn all you can!
